Music and sound have been central to my life since childhood in Central Asia, where I first picked up the guitar, absorbing the rhythms of a region where music and storytelling are deeply intertwined. My journey has taken me from classical music training in Kazakhstan to film work in the Czech Republic, studying recording and production in Australia, and ultimately to the United States, where I’ve built a career as a post-production mixer and sound designer. 

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve contributed to a wide range of projects, including broadcast television, commercial advertising, promotional campaigns, feature films, documentaries, digital media and podcasts. Throughout it all, I’ve been driven by a single passion: uncovering the sound behind the story—and shaping it to resonate emotionally.
